General Policy

Due to the nature of digital assets and services offered through Nexaflex, all transactions — including ticket purchases, bill payments, and virtual card funding — are final and non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Services

• Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible by design.
• Virtual cards once funded are non-refundable.
• Event tickets purchased through Nexaflex are subject to the event organizer's refund policy, not Nexaflex's.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

• Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions proven by a legitimate investigation.
• Billing errors by Nexaflex systems.

How to Request an Exception

• Submit a request within 7 days of the transaction.
• Provide full documentation and evidence of the issue.

No Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without contacting Nexaflex first. Filing unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your Nexaflex account.
